Franklin & Marshall College is recruiting for a full-time CRM Manager.
Job Details:
- Location: F&M Campus - Lancaster, PA. Hybrid and remote options available.
- Classification: Full-time, Exempt
- Schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Reports to: Executive Director of Enrollment Systems, Operations, & Analytics.
- Department: Admission
- Approved Salary Range: $48,500.00 - $56,000.00.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Systems, Operations, and Analytics, the CRM Manager is the principal deputy on all matters related to the enrollment CRM, Technolutions Slate, and related technology. This position is responsible for helping drive innovation, development and renewal of Slate. The CRM Manager collaborates with other internal stakeholders to further strategic enrollment goals through the efficient and effective use of technology.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the point person for all aspects of management of the CRM, including maintenance, development, cycle prep, portals, rules, forms, source formats, and other core functionality.
- Maintain data integrations/feeds and data integrity between Slate and internal and external systems such as external vendors and F&M's SIS by providing expertise and general guidance. Serve as a technical expert on the building and troubleshooting of these integrations.
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Communications & Marketing Manager and the Director of Enrollment Analytics to provide technical support to in-house marketing capabilities via Deliver, in order to further both enrollment communications capacity and enrollment analytics functions within Slate.
- Serve as the primary liaison to enrollment management systems end users, assisting in the development of end-user processes, serving as the bridge between the technical and the functional within Slate, and planning and overseeing end-user training.
- Develop best practices and regular innovation to ensure Slate at F&M is constantly evolving to best service the needs of the division and the students it recruits.
- Ensures Slate support for events of all modalities for the Admission Visit Experience team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 or more years of experience in higher education enrollment management or related experience.
- Proficiency with CRM.
- Proficiency using software applications including databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Evidence of a commitment to community and belonging.
- Successful interview.
- Successful completion of background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Technolutions Slate.
- Experience teaching, training, or supporting non-technical people in their use of technology resources.
Additional Information:
