The Chief Communications Officer will help define what makes St. Andrew’s unique, and they will lead the effort to establish a fresh, compelling brand that reflects the school’s intelligence, warmth, and radical accessibility. The CCO will also unify and align our communications, ensuring that every message, from Admissions to Advancement, reflects this core.
At a strategic level, the Chief Communications Officer will partner with the Head of School to articulate the school’s mission, strategy, and brand. At a tactical level, the Chief Communications Officer will build and lead an exceptional team, fostering a culture of creativity and encouraging the creative risk-taking needed to find advantage and difference in today’s competitive educational landscape.
Requirements
The Chief Communications Officer will serve as the architect of St. Andrew’s School’s brand, working through tactical execution to align and motivate the entire school community in pursuit of St. Andrew’s mission and strategic goals.
